Personnel history

Our school was set up in 1967, directorate of school was reorganized in 1978. They invite inaugurator Mr. Chen undertake board chairman, and Mr.Chen undertake headmaster. We are by way of help of board of directors, teachers and clerks of whole school is only 37 members, is near 400 members now. We change the system for technology institute in 1997. Our school was first changed the system technology institute in Hsinchu.

Welfare measure

1. A year-end bonus of every year is following the precedent of public school. The three  important festivals of the year presents gift, cash gift.
2. To hold each item travel and enjoy leisure time activity in campus. The end of the year will  take place dine together, and ?draw lot to determine the prize winners in a raffle activity.
3. To transact birthday celebration of teachers and clerks of every month.

4. To transact for conveying greetings of weddings and funerals, be in hospital, and breed  etc.
Concept and expectation

Healthy personnel system can stable public feeling, encourage morale, and promote education and quality of service. We achieve an education aim. Personnel practice should be give service to rights and welfares of all teachers and clerks. We stand for fair, justice, openness, and innovation of servical spirit, establish whole personnel legal system, and make a active, innovative, dynamical organization culture. So, besides we can administration power and responsibility of lengthways , much should strengthen communication of side direction link. We establish all kinds of system of suggestion, make all teachers and clerks to go in for policy and administration, coagulate common view, practicable policy' s execution, and reach educative aim.
Concrete way of doing, we can import managing way of enterprise of study typical organization, not as seeks profits for aim. But we can take managing way of enterprise, and should be make a point of under several points of principles:
- Encouraging and overtaking selfhood, cultivating brand-new, vistas and open thinking.
- To attach importance to whole interact but not part analysis.
- To respect individual hope, and establish individual hope.
